Note: All classes include a writing exercise, chance for Q&As* and a 5 min break. I promise inspiration & fun!

Week One - January 14th (4-5.30pm GMT):

Brilliant Beginnings: We'll discuss my secret formula for writing an opening that will compel readers to keep reading your novel.

Week Two - January 21st (4-5.30pm GMT):

Writing with All the Senses: We'll investigate how to enrich your writing by utilising the descriptive art of sound, taste, smell and touch in addition to sight. 

Week Three - January 28th (4-5.30pm GMT):

Creating Compelling Characters & Plots: we'll examine the art of creating characters your readers will love (or love to hate) & learn how to interweave character and plot for maximum impact. 

Week Four - February 4th (4-5.30pm GMT):

Rhythm & Style: discover the importance of creating rhythm in prose and how, whether you favour literary or commercial prose, to make your writing sing and your readers keep turning those pages. 

Week Five - February 11th (4-5.30pm GMT):

The Art of Editing: we'll learn how to effectively edit your work and how to create an effective & realistic writing schedule for your writing year ahead.
